The Roundhouse Theatre
The Roundhouse Theatre is a unique and versatile performance venue, renowned for its intimacy, accessibility and imaginative staging capabilities. Its raked auditorium ensures 100% visibility to the stage. The auditorium seats a maximum of 400 people, and 330 in the thrust configuration.
The theatre offers dressing rooms, green room and a full compliment of lighting and sound equipment. The adjoining Rehearsal Room is perfect for post-event functions or as a workshop space. Both venues open onto attractive outdoor courtyards.
Rehearsal Room
This is an air-conditioned, 9m x 13m, sprung floor room with PA system, limited theatrical lighting/ bar positions and a 6m-drop room-dividing curtain. The room is ideal for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, play-readings and private functions. It opens onto outdoor courtyard spaces and adjoins the Roundhouse Theatre foyer and café.
