This is a very special opportunity for 16 experienced and emerging actors to participate in an intimate 8-week Masterclass program at La Boite's Roundhouse Theatre, led by three of Australia's most formidable industry leaders.
This year our third Masterclass will be led by La Boite Artistic Director David Berthold, Matrix Theatre Director and Green Room Award winning director Michael Futcher and acclaimed actor/director, and star of The Chairs Jennifer Flowers.
La Boite's fourth and final Masterclass for the year will be led by La Boite Artistic Director David Berthold, Green Room and Matilda Award winning actor, writer and co-founder of Matrix Theatre (with Michael Futcher) Helen Howard, and award-winning director, writer, dramaturg, actor and previous La Boite Artistic Director Sue Rider.
Tutors will lead the workshops, treating participants with unique practical insight into their personal styles of performance making.
16 spaces are available for those who have completed formal acting training or who have more than three years practical experience.
